Can't use string template when declaring variables

Description

Trying to declare a string. variable using string template, and it doesn't let me save.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Created the variable while filing an input field in kafka:Producer connection creation. (Not directly using "Declare Variable")
2. Try to declare a string variable using a string`` template.

Now the variable is getting created correctly and added to the source only issue is UI is not redirecting correctly to the connection form. There is a similar behaviour with the creating configurable variables which works correctly.

Please share the expression value. not redirecting issue is not reproducible in the main branch
