Add expanded editor support for natural functions

Current Limitation

The current natural functions editing view provides only a small text area, which becomes limiting when users need to author longer or more structured prompts. This constraint makes it difficult to work with complex natural function inputs.

Suggested Improvement

We already support an expanded prompt editor within the side-panel forms (as shown below) for editing prompts for model providers, offering a full-screen rich-text/markdown editing experience with variable chips, formatting controls, and better usability for long prompts.

To provide a consistent and more capable editing experience, we should extend the same expanded editor UI to natural functions. This would allow users to:

• Write longer prompts comfortably
• Use the rich-text / raw markdown modes
• Insert variables, files, and chips
