Sql support needed for the Array types and the SQLParameterizedCallQuery types

Description

Currently the SQL support is only for the sql:ParameterizedQuery type. But it is not there for the sql:ParameterizedCallQuery and sql:ParameterizedCallQuery[] types

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add sqlClient from the connections tab
2. Add SQL Call Execute or Batch Execute

This PR supports the SQLParameterizedCallQuery ballerina-platform/ballerina-language-server#688. But still SQLParameterizedQuery[] need to separately supported for all the array types.
