Proper implementation of the wind stress limit increase

#50 introduces a temporary way to implement unmerged changes from brodeau/aerobulk#16 into our code base for further testing.

This issue shall serve as a reminder that we need to do two things:

1. Revert the git submodule pointer back to the main aerobulk repo (instead of my PR branch)
2. Publish a proper conda-forge version (paying attention that the pip version is again build this from the main aerobulk repo)
