Charts Not Loading

Describe the bug
The charts don't load during flight. Upon inspection of the /static/velOverTimeData.json file, its contents are simply:

}

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Start KSP
2. Load vehicle on pad
3. Start Kerbal Telemetry
4. Launch
5. On the webpage, go to the charts screen
6. See lack of data

Expected behaviour
Graphs should be populated up to 90km
