Implement debug_frame unwind information

Some binaries might be built without debug info and without unwind support, in that case .eh_frame is empty.
However, some binaries have .debug_frame section (for example, LuaJIT with no unwinding flag), which might be useful for unwinder.

It also helps to support more compiled variations of LuaJIT for #69
