Many users from the West and Asia and Africa and many other countries complain of the problem of abusive Cloudflare Recaptcha tests that are making our life a nightmare, and for me cloudflare loop captcha abusive tests preventing me from accessing my favorite anime streaming sites....

So I found the solution: use a free VPN extension, and Cloudflare Recaptcha abusive tests are gone!

but the problem downloading with a vpn will be slow because i use free vpn extension used by millions of people who throttle the speed of download and streaming,

so our dream please is our beloved Flybird-downloader made by great Mr @youwen21 adds new feature

to use system os proxy to bypass VPN connection to download directly without a VPN connection

in settings

to avoid the use of vpn extension connection thus we can download the video quickly without using the vpn connection, thanks!

regarding my request to use a direct connection to download videos and avoid using slow vpn extension connection :

today I also made the same request to greet Mr Puemos the developer of "hls-downloader" who accepted my request and after a few minutes achieved the technical feat of adding this feature in a new commit !!! :

The ProtonVPN extension is always enabled. I install this awesome extension manager made by great Mr @ rNeomy which allows me to toggle the most important extensions, like ProxyToggle, so I can quickly and easily enable/disable them:

But ideally, the video download extension should never use a VPN connection for greater speed and simplicity!

also I found another solution:

i enable external parser "N_m3u8DL-RE" in Cat-Catch extension settings and i add this command:

--use-system-proxy

and the dream becomes true: i can use vpn extension to bypass captcha and download video directly with N_m3u8DL-RE without using vpn extension connection, but the negative point sometimes downloads fail with N_m3u8DL-RE maybe because it stills in beta, that's why i prefer use web browser extension internal downloader....

to test this solution of using external parser N_m3u8DL-RE without vpn with Cat-Catch :

we should put N_m3u8DL-RE, ffmpeg, and URLProtocol in the same folder, then rename N_m3u8DL-RE.exe to m3u8dl.exe and click on URLProtocol:

Protocol name: m3u8dl
Target program: C:\m3u8dl\m3u8dl.exe

All that to say it is possible to download videos by bypass avoid slow vpn extension connection !
