Using comments for prompting is an anti-pattern in VS code Co-pilot

Reading "[Comment to Code Generation](https://patterns.hattori.dev/general/comment-to-code/)" and  "[Code to Comment](https://patterns.hattori.dev/general/code-to-comment/)" I found that they use comments for prompting which is an anti-pattern in VS code Co-pilot as described [here in Copilot Best Practices](https://youtu.be/2q0BoioYSxQ?t=79).
