Acceptance Criteria
- ADR document is created following the standard ADR template
- Game loop architecture is defined
- Decision between turn-based vs. real-time gameplay is documented
- Tick rates and state update mechanisms are specified
- Battle execution flow is clearly outlined
- Trade-offs and alternatives are documented
- Decision rationale is clearly explained
