Taskbar Tabs create semi-transparent, empty, non-closeable windows

What happened?

Using taskbar tabs for any site at all (even after a clean install) creates these blurry windows that never load, have no content, etc. They do appear on the taskbar though. I cannot close them unless I right click the icons on the taskbar to do so.

Expected behavior

Taskbar tabs work and any site converted to one actually opens instead of this

Actual behavior

Clicking the button to convert site to taskbar tab just creates this frosted semi-transparent window

This feature is not in zen, at least not by default, how did you open a "taskbar tab"? Could you please show logs with ctrl+shift+J?
