Description

- I confirm this is not a security-related issue

- I have searched for existing issues and found none that match this problem
Server Operating System
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Browser
Brave
Znuny Version
7.2.3
Database Type
MariaDB 10.3+
Expected Behavior
I would not expect the mentions selector opening itself when typing an e-mail address (i.e. after typing another character after the @).
GitHub (software) seems to only open the mentions selector when there is either no character in front of the @ (i.e. BOL) or some kind of whitespace. IMO, this should also be the behavior in Znuny.
Actual Behavior
When our agents type an e-mail address, the mentions selector opens and kind of blocks the view.
Steps to Reproduce
- answer an arbitrary ticket
- type an e-mail address like
a.b@c.d - the mentions selector opens when typing the
cafter the@
Error Messages
No response
Additional Information
As a workaround, I changed the mentions trigger word to an additional @, i.e.:
@@for individuals@@@for groups
However, this is kind of unintuitive as most software uses a simple@for tagging.
