Znuny Version

6.5.18 LTS

Database Type

MariaDB 10.3+

Expected Behavior

If i have a default SMIME-Sign-Key for a queue defined i still expect the the user to be able to overwrite this option (disable it) when answering to a single article.

Actual Behavior

The user can not disable the E-Mail-Security option. It always jumps back to the default "SMIME sign" when trying to remove it.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. There is a default Sign-Key for a Queue defined
  2. Open a ticket in this queue and click "Answer"
  3. Try to remove the "SMIME sign" from the E-Mail-Security-Option
  4. "SMIME sign" pops up again, you can not write an unsigned mail even if the user wishes so

Error Messages

No response

Additional Information

If I remove the default sign-key for the queue i can select and disable the "SMIME sign" as i wish.

If i do not "Answer" but "Forward" an article i can remove the "SMIME sign", even when it's configured as default. So for forwarding it works as expected, but answering seems bugged.
