Adds a "git recency" testcase scoring/scheduler bias: still coverage-guided, but prefers inputs that execute recently changed lines (from
git blame).GitRecency*metadata +GitRecencyTestcaseScore, andGitAwareStdWeightedSchedulerLIBAFL_GIT_RECENCY_MAPPING_PATH) and libafl_git_recency_mapgen toolChecklist
