As the validate CLI tool has been moved to AppImageUpdate, the outdated version present in this repository has been removed. The readme has been changed as well to link to the correct validate.

The validate CLI tool has been moved to AppImageUpdate. Having an older outdated version of that tool that's not maintained anymore in a different repository is bad. Therefore, this PR removes validate.c and changes the readme to link to the correct validate.
