This commit makes the build environment portable with other Linux distros such as Arch Linux or more modern Debian versions. Additionally, the commit provides some GitHub actions to test if the builds still work.

@greymfm, this PR also adds the ability to compile sunray for the the newest Rasperry PI OS (Bookworm). Without this commit I cannot link the sunray binary: With this change, it just works fine. |
