New parser for AWSCloudTrail for User Management schema

ASimTester.csv changes:

  • Add AWS to EventVendor/UserManagement
  • Add CloudTrail to EventProduct/UserManagement
  • Add Simple to GroupIdType/UserManagement
  • Add AWSIAMUserId and AWSIAMRoleID to TargetUserIdType/UserManagement

ASIM parsers have been changed. ARM templates were regenerated from the updated KQL function YAML files.
To find the new ARM templates, pull your branch.
