Getting Started

Prerequisites

• LaTeX distribution installed (TeX Live, MikTeX, or MacTeX)
• Optional: XeLaTeX or LuaLaTeX if you want to use Unicode fonts

Usage

1. Clone or download this repository:

git clone https://github.com/BaseMax/business-visa-invitation-letter.git

2. Open letter.tex in your LaTeX editor.
3. Replace placeholder information:

• Company name and details
• Guest name and company
• Logo image (logo.png)
• Address, phone, and email

4. Compile the LaTeX file to PDF:

pdflatex letter.tex

or with XeLaTeX/LuaLaTeX if using UTF-8 fonts:

xelatex letter.tex

5. Your invitation letter PDF will be generated (letter.pdf).

Customization

• Adjust font size or line spacing in letter.tex if needed:

\renewcommand{\baselinestretch}{1.2}

• Change logo size or position:
