fly.io Deployment

1. fly launch --copy-config --no-deploy --org byrdson-services
2. git restore fly.toml
3. fly deploy --flycast --ha=false
4. fly machine run -e OLLAMA_HOST=http://ollama-byrdson.flycast --shell --command "ollama pull gpt-oss:20b" ollama/ollama

fly.io Clean-up

1. fly scale count 0
2. fly volumes destroy -a ollama-byrdson $(fly volumes list -a ollama-byrdson --json | jq -r '.[].id')
3. fly apps destroy ollama-byrdson
