Release Notes

• A merge status check is included.
• When the pull request is merged successfully, the work item's state will be updated to its next state. A success message will be added to the work item's description
• When a pull request is closed without merge, the work item's state will be not be updated and a message noting the pull request's closure will be added to the work item's description
