Removed debugging-related file because I had forgotten to do so
should be a terminating error. Now printing the "restart your computer" prompt in yellow to emphasize it to the user.

Description
I have added a tweak that reverts the Windows 11 Start Menu layout to the original one, prior
to the gradual rollout of the new one in 25H2. This was tested on a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro
25H2. Below, I've attached two videos, demonstrating applying and undoing the tweak respectively.
