UHF-11508: Fixing the ploughing timetable search UI

Ploughing timetable search in https://www.hel.fi/fi/kaupunkiymparisto-ja-liikenne/kunnossapito/katujen-kunnossapito/katujen-talvikunnossapito#milloin-autotiet-aurataan- has an issue where the input field can not be fully emptied after something's been written.

What was done

The issue was caused by a downshift-error due to address state property getting an initial value of undefined. Added a fix to make sure the initial value is an empty string instead.

How to install

• Make sure your https://github.com/City-of-Helsinki/drupal-helfi-kymp instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-11508_ploughing
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Check that the search input can be cleared
  • Go to https://helfi-kymp.docker.so/fi/kaupunkiymparisto-ja-liikenne/kunnossapito/katujen-kunnossapito/katujen-talvikunnossapito#milloin-autotiet-aurataan-
  • Write something in the search input (you will start getting suggestions if you have items indexed in your local street_data-index, but it doesn't matter if you don't)
  • Try clearing the input with backspace; you should be able to remove all letters and see the placeholder text again
  • Try writing something again and then clearing using the clear button; this should work as well
• Check that code follows our standards
