UHF-X: Include cache tags from tpr_unit entity on unit contact card paragraph

What was done

• Adds cache tags from the referenced tpr_unit entity when rendering a unit contact card paragraph. Without this the dynamic cache for the paragraph is not purged when the tpr_unit is updated.

How to install

• Make sure your strategia instance is up and running on latest dev-branch
  • git checkout dev && git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-X_tpr-unit-caching
• Run code updates
  • make drush-locale-update drush-cr

How to test

• Make sure caches are purged properly on content updates
  • Open this page into an incognito window: https://helfi-strategia.docker.so/fi/paatoksenteko-ja-hallinto/ota-yhteytta/helsinki-info
  • Log in via drush uli and open https://helfi-strategia.docker.so/fi/paatoksenteko-ja-hallinto/ota-yhteytta/helsinki-info/yhteystiedot. Edit this page and change the main image, then save.
  • Refresh https://helfi-strategia.docker.so/fi/paatoksenteko-ja-hallinto/ota-yhteytta/helsinki-info in the incognito window; the main image on "Yhteystiedot"-section should match the one you just added.

• Check that the differences in visual regression tests are appropriate
