UHF-11878: Changed translations and some changes to calculator results

UHF-11878

What was done

• Text changes according to client requests
• Added 0 to calculator results if no fee needs to be paid

How to install

• Make sure your SOTE instance is up and running on latest dev-branch
  • git checkout dev && git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the Helfi Platform config
  • composer require drupal/helfi_platform_config:dev-UHF-11878-text-changes
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-11878
• Run code updates
  • composer install
  • make drush-updb drush-locale-update drush-cr
• Run make shell
  • In the shell, run drush helfi:platform-config:update

How to test

•  Create a basic page and add the communal and supported housing fee calculator to the page (or if you have a new dump, go to https://helfi-sote.docker.so/fi/sosiaali-ja-terveyspalvelut/yhteisollisen-ja-tuetun-asumisen-asiakasmaksun-laskuri)
  • If you don't have the calculator active, go to https://helfi-sote.docker.so/en/health-and-social-services/admin/tools/calculator-settings, set the calculator active and copy the example json from communalAndSupportedHousingFee.js
• Make sure the translations are now correct (check the ticket for the attachment "Lisäkäännökset")
• Make sure if you don't select any of the additional services, the receipt says "No xxx"
• Make sure if the fee is 0€, it says 0€/kk in the receipt
• Check that the sums in the calculator results now work so that the text doesn't go on two rows and that it works on all screen sizes
• Check that the code follows our standards
