Pytest workflow wasn't working for Helsinki benefit and kesäseteli, e.g. https://github.com/City-of-Helsinki/yjdh/actions/runs/17666487382/job/50208985729#logs
Resolved this by creating a mishmash of our common workflow and the current workflow.
