Use common CI flow for frontends.
Run lint, unit tests and sonar with shared ci-node.yml

Currently has a copy pasted version of the shared CI flow with modifitation so that it skips the build phase.
Edit: that is doneci-node-shared.ymlbecause the monorepo's shared component setup is not compatible with the realci-node.yml.This change should fix it:
