Describe the solution

Add Sanguinary Sapshield, a trait that teaches you an eponymous spell. You can only cast the spell in a forest, but it protects you against vampirism while it's active--if you're infected, the shield blooms, purges vampirism, and protects you from reinfection for a few minutes afterward. Once it fades, though, you need to go back to a forest to recast it.
