Fake Address, Credit Card, and URL.

Added support for three additional fakes which are accessible via FakeContext or fakek { ... }.

• FakeAddress adds support for fake address based in the United States.
• FakeCreditCard adds support for fake credit cards which are safe to use in test environments for Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
• FakeUrl adds support for fake urls with a format of www.<domain-name>.<tld>.

First Round of Fakes

This release includes a first pass at fakes, in general this is considered to be a proof of concept to help test out the contract with FakeContext as well as the fakek top level function. This release includes the following fakes:

• FakeEmailAddress: uses FakeName to help generate a safe to use email address (always points to @example.com).
• FakeName: provides a fake first, middle, and last name.
• FakePassword: provides a fake password, may or may not be safe for real world use.

This also is our first(ish) pass at releasing this library in an automated fashion.
