Summary
Dependency Management: Automatic dependency resolution with conflict handling

Check incoming dependencies with installed deps
Ability to select & choose packages to be installed
Shows already installed packages

Pros:

Avoid blindly upgrading or downgrading existing installed python packages.
Dependency conflict resolution
New nodes installation doesn't affect existing packages
