적절한 인덱스를 찾지 못해 내부적으로
Using filesort를 수행하는 환경이었음.선행 칼럼에 is_completed를 쓰고 order by 에 id 값을 먼저 추가해 줌으로써
filesort를 삭제할 수 있었음
