I think the direct dependencies should be listed (https://github.com/EOSC-Data-Commons/metadata-warehouse/blob/main/pyproject.toml and https://github.com/EOSC-Data-Commons/metadata-warehouse/blob/main/scripts/pyproject.toml). Ideally, this could be generated by a tool. |
