This PR introduces the following mathematical API:

  • Elementary Matrix Algebra.
  • Vector 2D Transformation Operations.
  • Vector 3D Transformation Operations.
  • 3D Rotation Error Handling techniques using orientation matrices.
  • Vector 2D Transforms testbeds.
  • Vector 3D Transforms testbeds.
