feat: add support for multiple marriages in the Tree
I was interested in supporting multiple marriages in my genealogy visualization, work in progress, built with d3.js and dTree.js.
A dotted line connects the nth marriage to the spouse node.
Up to 10 marriages are supported per spouse node, and each nth marriage node is styled with a darker, thicker border on the left edge.
Fully supports children, extras in nth marriages
