GothicCoop is a cooperative multiplayer mod for Gothic that lets you experience the game together. It synchronizes players, NPCs, combat, and world state so a party can adventure through the same campaign. Fair warning: the mod is poorly written and may not behave like a regular player would expect, so expect rough edges and jank. 🧪🧯

- You don't exactly need to download the config file, because the mod would create a default one on first startup. But it's recommended anyway.

nickname: In-game nickname shown to other players. Keep it short (around 20 characters). - (string)
friendInstance: NPC instance used for the multiplayer friend character. Must match an instance defined in your Gothic scripts.
By default set to CH, please don't change it thoughtlessly like "it will be funny to be Xardas". Some mods may have the Character Helper (ch) removed, so ONLY then should you change this option. An example is Gothic NEW BALANCE, for Gothic Returning/NB, we set this option to PC_HEROMUL.

MUST be the same for all players! This is the percentage of damage dealt by the player, 100% by default. You can change anything from 1 to 100.
