  • docs: Update docs to ensure correct formatting and dropped unmaintained subsections (news and faq)
  • dropped python 3.9 as it is no longer maintained (it is still in the CI, since otherwise I couldn't merge it)
  • removed reference to the demo as I cannot fix the one on HF (only @HLasse has access)
