@amandeepsinghvirdi I enabled the chapter and staged it here:

I also did an initial edit of the chapter, moved some things around, fixed some formatting, and moved the tables to the correct formatting.

There's a few comments for you to go through and we'll need the SQL files for this chapter.

I've rerun all the stats for July. I don't expect it to change the numbers significantly but will re-review them all, do a final edit, and then merge this.

I couldn't reproduce some of the numbers (CWV improvements) and the charts were incorrect for those too so I removed them.

I also converted some of the tables to charts.

Looks good to merge now as soon as CI finishes.
