What the PR does :
Context :
I needed Shibboleth authentication, but I didn't want the entire Redmine system to be constrained by a Shibboleth session.
These changes allow me to manage Shibboleth authentication on the
/auth/ShibbolethURL, for example, and add a button on the login page that links to this page. Once the user has authenticated, he is redirected to Redmine and the plugin retrieves the necessary variables as usual.Redmine 6.x needed
