I've updated some HTML and java-script to hopefully make the layout of the front-end less confusing. It should be a lot easier to get in and work with the logic now.

moved documentation source (markdown, images, etc) to doc-source, which will contain the documentation before the MKDOCS generator runs on it.
updated documentation site for GH pages
previously errors due to not having a locator assigned to a app-map node and errors due to protractor being unable to construct an "element" object were undistinguised.
With the change, if a user puts a malformed xpath in, and protractors validation catches it, that errer will be passed out instead of hidden.
* removed a ton of un-used code from main.js
* updated nav.html to have a more standard "editor" layout.
TODO, update CSS to make changes to nav.html palitable
