Adds support for distributed linear algebra operations on
DMatrix, likeinv(),ldiv!(),rdiv!(),\,/, and solvingA*x = borA*X = B.inv,\,/,ldiv!, andrdiv!to return results asDMatrixinstead of standard Matrix.DMatrixand right-hand sides (DMatrixorDVector), producing distributed outputs.
