Changes

• Added a simple filters option to the search method
• Removed the apiVersion option from the client. The version is now expected to be included in the base url
• Updated the MROptions to take in a NodeCache instance directly instead of just 3 options.
• Fixed a bug where AuthScope was not exported in the index.ts file
• Fixed the license text not matching 100% in the getLicense integration test
