Integrative Limit Updates for Release 1.2.0 🆕 🌄
The main update of this version is the lato sensu / Integrative Limit is that it complies with the most recent data and code workflows for the entire Atlantic Forest including spatial metrics (landscape, topographic, hydrologic and anthropogenic), spatial-temporal forest dynamics and biodiversity. Updates:
- Compliance with IBGE (2019) limits is kept.
- Adjusted for current limits of coastal territories (as already in previous release v1.0.0).
- Matches Atlantic Spatial database (in prep).
- Matches spatial-temporal analyses from Vancine et al. (2024).
Changes in ATLANTIC-limits v1.2.0 Compared to v1.1.0
- North of São Paulo: Updates made in the northern region (Cerrado boundaries). 🌳
- Interior Boundaries: Slightly larger areas towards the interior boundaries across MG, Bahia, Espinhaço, and campos de altitude throughout the Northeast. 📡
- Remote Islands: Removal of remote islands such as Fernando de Noronha (PE) and Ilha da Trindade (ES). 🌊
