Problem
When using systemd1 on DBus, for asking change of service like EnableUnitFiles, we should ask that the request allow interactive authorization. Then the root password is asked through a dialog.
This commit allow to place "interactive=True" in parameters to the function, in which case the flag ALLOW_INTERACTIVE_AUTHORIZATION is set.
