Adds a footer which displays instance data, contact data and statistics, aswell as a dedicated page which shows all of them. The
ClientServicecan now request statistics, which it normally caches (so loading any page won't always cause another stats request due to the footer), while still sending new requests when opening the info page.Additionally, the "link" color is now a little darker to make hyperlinks actually stand out from regular text, and this PR also adds a CSS class which makes text properly wrap while also breaking if too long.
