Corrects several issues for how a MAUI application should use dependency injection and navigation. The service locator has been removed. Fixing the issue with the navigation also fixed the issue with how dependency injection should be done.
This will not work on iOS due to issue #4417 , however as mentioned in that issue there is a PR that may resolve it. A new CSLA version would need to be built and the sample updated to reference that version.
