- PostgreSQL: Database requirements met through Docker

- Download the application from the Releases page as noted above.
- Unzip the downloaded file to your preferred directory.
- Open a terminal or command prompt in that directory.
- Run the following command to get started with Docker:
./vendor/bin/sail up - Access the application by visiting
http://localhost.
