CDROMKernel-2019/03/25-Oreo-MIUI: patch: add back missing patch of free_ep_req

After these days' update, the free_ep_req builds failed. Checked that u_f.h has some missing components.
Found the patch after this commit and try to solve this problem. Place the patch back.
Why? Maybe by a commit rebase and merge, some changes are lost.

The timestamp is not right for me, and the hostname is too long.
If use `hostname` or export HOSTNAME may cause state inconsistent.
Accroding to scripts/mkcompile_h, we can use $KBUILD_BUILD_HOST to set fixed hostname.
