The following scripts are available:

• BlandAltmanPlot.m: A code that allows to realize a Bland-Altman Plot given two variables. Blog Article
• Train_Test_Example.ipynb: A notebook used as an example for train-test split in machine learning. Blog Article
• Get_Foot_Contacts.ipynb: A notebook containing a method for detecting foot contacts during gait from a foot-mounted gyroscope. Blog Article
• PFI.ipynb: A notebook which contains the code for performing the Permutation Feature Importance. Blog Article
• K_Means_Clustering_Routine.m: A MATLAB routine that allows for creating clusters using K-Means Clustering technique. Blog Article

The data folder

• Students_Dataset.csv: The dataset used in Train_Test_Example.ipynb
• ITW_gML.csv: The gyroscope signal used in Get_Foot_Contacts.ipynb
• PFI_db.csv: An already normalized dataset used in PFI.ipynb
• PFI_model.sav: A trained model saved with pickle used for predicting values in PFI.ipynb
• Random_Clusters.csv: A set of two randomly generated features to be clusterized in K_Means_Clustering_Routine.m:
