I guess only for MKV since there are multiple OBUs in a SimpleBlock like for AV1 so size of OBU cannot be determined if not Annex B since there is no size field in OBU header for AV2. |

Annex B is surprising when in a container, I guess it will change in the future, we'll see.
Too many false positive when only one frame header is parsed before flagging the stream as accepted.
