… for the offset allowing conversion to local date. The modified code didn't work correctly and was showwing to different timestamps while reading the same image on 2 different computers that had different timezone/dst setting. This fix stores the date correctly as UTC.

The code prior to this modification didn't work correctly and was showing 2 different timestamps while reading the same image on 2 different computers that had different timezone/DST setting.
This fix stores the date correctly as UTC.
