Add Hyperparameter Optimizers ( Random Search, Gird Search, Gaussian).
Add ways to handle exiting 2 points or more into the same pixel.
Make specific Algorithms Hyperparameter range editable from the SDB Master_Flow toolbox.
Enhance Provider.py to be more stable.
